As part of Project 5, assessing the relationship between health insurance and application for/receipt of disability benefits, we have developed a set of county-level maps and related analyses.

At present, the maps include county-level visualizations of:

- The 2016 uninsurance rate
- Disabled workers (those receiving SSDI benefits) as a % of the Social Security beneficiary population.
- Disabled workers as a percent of the working-age population.
- Poverty estimate, all ages.
- Percentage point change in uninsurance from 2013 to 2016.

There is also a filter that permits viewing states by Medicaid expansion status.
